How can i make a homemade race car driver costume?

I want it to be sexy and appropritate for school. I dont have money to go buy one so any suggestions on how i can make one for a women at home???

I doubt this is what you might want, but last year in high school I saw these guys have cardboard boxes over them with duct tape as straps and put a M and a L on their boxes so it would look like Mario Kart.
