i think the costume is super cute, but i can't buy that exact one for 2 reasons, my parents don't really like buying new halloween costumes and i'm afraid since its online it won't fit right...

so here's my question what could i buy to put together a replica of this? i really want it to resemble this. but idk where in the world to by the stuff, the headband i could make from stuff at michaels but the outfit? i need help! please and thank you.
oh and i'd like the new costume to have a better skirt, not so small and flimsy.
