How can i make a garden fairy costume?
So I am 14 and I want to be a garden fairy. i have a blue satin high waisted skirt and dont know what else to wear with it to be a garden fairy?
tights? knee socks?
what top?
where can I get cheap cute wings?
and anything else I should wear with it?

cheap cute wings available at Walmart...your tights should match your top in colour....shoes with a heel that you can attach little bells to so they chime when you walk....pixie dust....so lots of sparkles on your face and in your hair....if you are a garden fairy your baton should be a beautiful fresh flower......maybe you can get a fake butterfly from Michael's and put it on your shoulder......Walmart will have cheap fake flowers that you could pull off the stems and place in your hair
