Examples of make up for a doll costume...?

So I am rockin an awesome/sexy doll costume for Mardi Gras weekend and I need some ideas for how do do my make up. I've got a few ideas, but am hoping someone has some more crazy ideas that I'll love. Anyone?

OK. GO to Youtube and type in doll eyes or doll makeup, it may work.

Here is my twist:
COver ur face with concealor, foundation, ect. to give ur face a prefect or dewey look.

White eyeliner on the lower lid, classy black on th eupper lid (in a Audrey Hepburn way.)
Now use a highlight powder or a cream colored eyeshadow to use on the inner corner of the eyes, the brow bone, cheek bone, and up to your eye crease. Use a PALE PINK eyeshadow on teh crease of the eye.
HAEVY MASCARA ON THE UPPER LASHES ONLY. I use avon super shock mascara in black.
Apply blush to the apples of your cheek and sweep uppward. You want a pink color or a coral/salmon.
Lastly, Slide on some lip liner in nude and gloss the lips in a pout color.
