Halloween coustume ??? (candy corn witch)?

12 is just so young for this costume. Whether or not other girls her age are wearing it. My friend Katie is using that costume this year and at 22 years old EVEN WE decided that she should add an extra lacy slip (the poofy kind) underneath and/or use black tights to keep people from seeing her butt because it did look pretty sl**ty on its own. Compromise or no candy corn witch.
