Not too over the top costume ideas?
Its my friends 15th in a few days and its fancy dress. I really am not sure what to go as. Some of the other people are dressing up as nerds, fairies, princesses, etc. I don't want it to be over the top and she (the birthday girl) wants to go out for a while so i don't really want it to be too much of a costume. My original ideas were...
- Audrey Hepburn (when she is in breakfast at tiffany's)
- Michael Jackson (i know i am a girl but it is doable)
i don't exactly have to be a celebrity... just something that can pass as fancy dress and something to wear out but not look ridiculous.

You could go as Miss America or replace America with your town/city's name. All you need is a crown, a sash that says Miss America, and the dress you are planing on wearing!
