Is there a time at Disneyland when any age can dress up in a costume?
I saw a picture of like 20 year olds dressed up in wendy and tink costumes and stuff at CA adventures and Disneyland.
So is there anytime around Halloween where everyone can dress up?
I would so do that 
You could go there dressed up any day you like. If you want to show up dressed like a pirate, or if you have a small daughter who wants to dress like a princess go ahead.
